The Problem
In large programs with parallel workstreams, external providers and internal agency teams, delivery capability gets lost in coordination loops. Risks are identified late, dependencies not consistently managed.
The Task
Delivery assurance across multiple parallel program streams. Building and coaching agile teams in a regulated federal authority environment. Development of security-critical IT architectures and concepts. Stakeholder management from operational teams to executive level. Security clearance Ü2 – experience with classified requirements.
