Our contractual partner and processor is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Microsoft.

The underlying Azure resource is provisioned in the West Europe (Netherlands) region. In addition, Azure Static Web Apps delivers the website content via a global edge network so that the site loads quickly worldwide. When you access the website, your IP address is therefore processed at the edge location closest to you. This may also involve a transfer of personal data to third countries, including the USA.

Domain and DNS (Amazon Web Services)

Our domain (innovation-fabric.com) is registered with Amazon Web Services (AWS). DNS resolution is handled by AWS Route 53. The provider is Amazon Web Services, Inc., 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle WA 98109, USA.

With every visit to our website, DNS requests are sent to AWS servers. Your IP address may be processed in the process. This is technically necessary to make our website accessible.

This website loads the Inter typeface exclusively from our own web space. There is no connection to Google servers (Google Fonts) or any other font provider. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to Google when you visit this website.

When you contact us via the contact form on our website, your information is processed through the service Web3Forms. The provider is Web3Forms, a service by Web3Creative, Chennai, India.
