We host the content of our website with Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps). Our contractual partner and processor is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Microsoft.
The underlying Azure resource is provisioned in the West Europe (Netherlands) region. In addition, Azure Static Web Apps delivers the website content via a global edge network so that the site loads quickly worldwide. When you access the website, your IP address is therefore processed at the edge location closest to you. This may also involve a transfer of personal data to third countries, including the USA.
Transfers to third countries are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. Microsoft Corporation is additionally certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list

Domain and DNS (Amazon Web Services)
Our domain (innovation-fabric.com) is registered with Amazon Web Services (AWS). DNS resolution is handled by AWS Route 53. The provider is Amazon Web Services, Inc., 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle WA 98109, USA.
With every visit to our website, DNS requests are sent to AWS servers. Your IP address may be processed in the process. This is technically necessary to make our website accessible.

Contact Form (Web3Forms)
When you contact us via the contact form on our website, your information is processed through the service Web3Forms. The provider is Web3Forms, a service by Web3Creative, Chennai, India.
The data you enter in the contact form (name, email address, and optionally company, subject, and message) is forwarded to our email address via Web3Forms. Web3Forms does not permanently store messages but only forwards them. For technical reasons, your IP address is also transmitted to Web3Forms.
Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by checking the privacy checkbox in the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
Note on transfer to a third country: India is a third country for which no adequacy decision of the European Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR exists.
