About the Project
An energy provider faced a dual challenge: digitalize operational processes and implement the NIS-2 directive simultaneously – both under time pressure.
The Problem
Core processes in operations and sales ran manually and paper-based. Certificates were created by hand. Simultaneously, NIS-2 significantly increased IT security and compliance requirements.
Automatic Certificate Generation
Python-based solution for automated generation, management and distribution of certificates. Complete logging and audit trail.
Process Digitalization
Analysis and documentation of existing business processes using BPMN. CRM rollout in sales. Integration of Power Automate for recurring workflows.
NIS-2 Compliance
Analysis of NIS-2 directive requirements. Assessment of existing IT security measures. Development of action plans.
